We are definitely impressed with the quality of service Mike provided. Mike was able to get our home in PQ for less than the asking price (even lower than the original proposed offer). Although there were multiple offers, some higher than ours, we were the triumphant party due to Mike's communication and his suggestion to write a letter to the Seller. Mike saw it through to the very end and even came by our house after we moved in to check in on us.
