So, what is this 'love your new home' guarantee all about you might ask?  Well, It has to do with providing an extra layer of security for home buyers in that time of pressure and uncertainty. Buyers may feel pressure or feel somewhat uncertain when making a purchase decision due to various external factors, such as market and financing factors, or looming rental deadlines, or a rush to get-in before the new school session or new job kick-in, and although we do everything we can working together to find the right home, sometimes buyers experience what could be described as buyer's remorse after all is said and done and they have already made a commitment on their new home.  I keenly understand this situation, and while we do find that the vast majority of the time, homebuyers get beyond any remorse and end up loving the property they buy, or at the very least, satisfied with the home they buy, I want buyers who purchase through me to feel extra secure that they have an "out," if ultimately their new home just isn't going to work out for their needs.

You see, I take on the added risk so that home buyers can feel more secure in their decision, and, I make sure you are the ones who benefit, not me! Ultimately, this is about getting you the home of your dreams the first time or, at the very least, finding the proper home for your needs, one which ticks most of the boxes; But also, It's about employing additional creativity on your behalf to accomplish that goal, as, ultimately, helping you find and purchase the right home is THE task that you are hiring me to perform.
